Coordinated Entry System
CONNECTING PEOPLE WITH HOPE
CAPK operates Kern County’s Coordinated Entry System, providing a single point of access for shelter, job resources, mental health, substance abuse and other services for individuals experiencing homelessness in Kern County.
A simple call to our 2-1-1 Resource and Referral Call Center will connect individuals with all the resources available through the Bakersfield-Kern Regional Homeless Collaborative and its partners.

LINKING SERVICES FOR ALL
The Coordinated Entry System offers homeless providers a single point of intake for clients and tracks services provided for those individuals in order to ensure individuals are accessing services that will best address their needs while stream-lining delivery of resources and preventing duplication of care.
