KGET and Community Action Partnership of Kern are teaming up once again to host a holiday food drive. Last year, CAPK collected over 8,500 pounds of food. This year, we are looking to increase that amount.
This event aims to support families in need during the holiday season. The non-perishable food items collected will be distributed to local families who may be struggling to make ends meet.
This event will also be having a drive-thru lunch from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm. For a $15.00 donation, participants will receive a sandwich, a bag of chips, and a drink.
Sponsorship opportunities are available for businesses and organizations that wish to support this event. Contact our Director of Development, Catherine Anspach at canspach@capk.org
