Drought Emergency Food Assistance Program – January 2017
Throughout the month of January 2017, Community Action Partnership of Kern Food Bank (CAPK Food Bank) will distribute Drought Emergency Food Assistance Program (DEFAP) food in various communities all over Kern County: Arvin, Bakersfield, Buttonwillow, Delano, Lake Isabella, Lamont, Oildale, Taft and Wasco.
