How you can Help

The shutdown has halted paychecks and paused nutrition programs, leaving families struggling to eat. Your support is critical now more than ever. Give now to help feed our neighbors in need.

Help Fill Plates During the Government Shutdown

This holiday season, many of our neighbors are feeling the impact of the federal government shutdown — and your generosity can make all the difference. You’re invited to help by donating food to support local families through our Food Bank.

Simply drive through and drop off your donations at our 520 Washington Street entrance from 8am-3pm and drop it in the labeled bin. Our team will be ready to receive your food gifts and make sure they go straight to families in need.

Every can, box, and bag of groceries helps bring comfort and nourishment to households facing uncertainty this winter. Together, we can keep tables full and hope strong across our community.

Make a Donation

No matter the donation amount, it will make a huge difference in the lives of affected Kern County residents.

Donate Your Time
