Rental Opportunities for Shafter Youth Center Facilities

Shafter Youth center and its facilities are available for rent to the public, organizations, clubs, and other forms of community outreach. Numerous rental possibilities are available in our facilities from:

  • Sweet 16 Parties
  • Quinceaneras
  • Wedding Showers
  • Baby Showers
  • Community Meetings/Events
  • Financial Literacy Education Meetings
  • Holiday Family dinners
  • Graduation Parties
  • Educational Trainings/Seminars

All functions will go through an approval process with management before rental options are granted. Please look over rules and regulations before signing contract.

To guarantee reservation date please contact management to verify the facility will be available for use on date and time. Kitchen and food handling guidelines must be adhered, Security Guard rules must be implemented, and the general liability insurance of $1,000,000 is required of all events covering CAPK and all employees as an additional insured. All fee’s and permit fee’s must be signed and paid in full 2 weeks prior to reservation date.
