Assists Benefits Specialist with all aspects related to employee benefits and leave administration and will provide a variety of technical and employee support services related to the Agency employee benefits programs. High school diploma or equivalent; Associates in Business Administration or related field highly desirable. Three years progressively responsible technical and/or clerical experience in a Human Resources or Benefits department or similar environment. Demonstrates successes in securing programs and/or economic development funding and or fundraising efforts.
At least five years senior management level experience, three if which must be in a supervisory capacity, to include organizing and coordinating administrative activities, and the development and managing of budgets. Graduation from a four-year college or university OR any equivalent combination of education and/or experience which will provide the capabilities to perform the described duties may be acceptable.

Provide for day-to-day management of the 211-call center, the community’s central 24/7 comprehensive information and referral service for health, human and disaster services. Responsible for assuring quality service, including hiring, scheduling and training of staff; supervising staff on all shifts; for planning and developing program policies and procedures for the future direction of 211; BA/BS in Business Administration orrelated filed; courses in psychology and/or social work is highly desirable. Five years of management experience with supervising staff and volunteers. Experience in managing a Call Center highly desirable; Possession of an advanced degree may be substituted for one year of experience. Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience is sufficient, which will provide the capabilities to perform the described duties may be acceptable. Provide an assessment to children 5 years of age that screen high or moderate risk for delay or a disability using a developmental assessment to conduct developmental disability using a developmental screening evidence-based tool and provide the needed service referrals. Moderate or high-risk children will be provided with intervention resources and referrals specific to the child’s health care needs, brief counseling services as appropriate, advocacy and as needed follow-up development monitoring.
