Our Mission

The mission of the CAPK Food Bank is to increase access to healthy affordable food
to support the health of the communities we serve.

Food Distributions

The Wonderful Community Food Center at the CAPK Food Bank has more than 200 access points for emergency food distribution throughout Kern County to serve those in need.

Partnerships

The CAPK Food Bank depends on the community’s support to reach and serve as many people as we do, making your contributions vital to our mission against hunger.

"The smile that you see of the faces of the people in need is the reason why I do this job to the best of my ability. Those smiles and the happiness that the food we deliver brings is priceless."
