Starbucks Prep Works Program
This program is for participants between 16-18 years old who live in Bakersfield, Shafter and Wasco area. Youths will receive 20 hours of work preparation that includes: resume development, job search strategies, job applications, interview skills, business communication, soft skills and financial literacy.
