The Home-based option is built upon the belief that the home is the child’s first natural learning environment. By enhancing family successes, the Home-based option provides opportunities for learning experiences for the whole family.

This services delivery option is available to children and families eligible for Head Start or Early Head Start.

Children and families participate in a weekly home visit with their home-based educator. Every participating family will be provided with comprehensive services. We are committed to the overall goal of increasing school readiness to support children in becoming lifelong learners.

Children and families also gather twice monthly at socialization events to enjoy activities with other families being served by the Home-Based educator.
