CAPK CalFresh Healthy Living improves the nutrition health of low-income Californians by providing access to nutrition education, physical activity education, and leadership towards healthy community initiatives.
Description
CAPK’s CalFresh Healthy Living program with community partners has a focus on nutrition and physical activity education to bring access to healthy eating and active lifestyles across Kern County. The CalFresh Healthy Living program offers nutrition classes that will give you tools for creating easy healthy recipes, how to read nutrition labels, and provide physical activities for you and your family to enjoy anytime.
