Our Head Start & Early Head Start Programs offer professional development incentives for applicable employees.
Head Start and Early Head Start off reimbursements for CHDV permits and renewals.
Staff are responsible for renewing every 5 years.
Also offer staff the opportunity to obtain reimbursement for their education; tuition & books that are not covered by financial aid. (yearly reimbursement that does not exceed $3,000.00)
Staff that apply must apply with all supporting documentation and must pass the classes with a C grade or higher.
Also offer educational leave for staff up to 3 hours a week; to support them in attending required classes that are not offered during the evening or weekends.( with approval of administration staff)
