Graduation from a (2) year or (4) year college or university with a major in Business Administration, Public Administration, Legal or Paralegal Studies, Planning Finance or a closely related field. Three years of administrative experience in purchasing and contracts, preferably with a non-profit organization, public agency, government funded agency or similar type program. Must be fingerprinted and have such records files with the State Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing.
