Human Resources (HR) is dedicated to providing professional and confidential assistance to all employees and applicants in the areas of recruitment and retention. Our responsibilities include new hire orientation, employee benefits, employee/labor relations, collective bargaining, safety and disaster preparedness, salary administration, job classification, employee policy manual, employee discipline and terminations, workers’ compensation, training and equal employment opportunity. Human Resources serves a dual role: as an internal consultant to management on HR-related matters and as an advocate for employees.

HS diploma or equiv. 1 yr exp in book keeping, accounting or closely related field or college course work in accounting or related admin area may sub for yr of exp. Must be fluent in English and Spanish (able to read, write and speak) Knowledge of computer apps to include Windows, Word Excel and Access. Valid CDL with acceptable DMV and proof of auto insurance req. $12.52/hr + benefits. Closes October 10, 2014 at 5:00pm.
