Responsible for the complex general accounting and financial reporting functions of the organization to include preparing financial statements, reconciling bank accounts, and monitoring and analyzing assets, liabilities, revenue and expenditure accounts. Bachelors’ degree in accounting, business administration or related field. Six (6) years of progressive financial accounting experience.  Financial accounting experience in a non-profit organization or governmental entity is desirable, including familiarity with government accounting standards and regulations. Possession of a valid California Driver’s License and state automobile insurance, and acceptable driving record substantiated by a DMV printout.  Must be fingerprinted and have such records filed with the State Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing. $41,690 - $52,112 annually DOE + benefit package with retirement.  Open until filled

Four years administrative in purchasing, contracts and budgets, administering and managing employees, preferably in a non-profit organization, public agency, government funded agency or similar type program. (experience may be substituted for the education requirement on a year for year basis.)
