Responsible for quality assurance of construction or weatherizing work performed by the installers. AA/AS degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. Qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year for year basis. Three (3) to five (5) years of progressively responsible administrative or management experience in home weatherization, construction, and/or home repair.  Ability to understand and apply written regulations and instructions, communicate effectively.    Must have use of an automobile with adequate insurance coverage and a valid CDL with acceptable DMV record. .
