The family Service Specialist will develop & implement outreach activities to enroll families that qualify for the Migrant Alternative Payment Program.  Maintain family/child files accordance with State regulations & program policies & procedures to include Fraud Prevention Protocol.  Input, update, & maintain computer data comprehensive files.  Must be fully bilingual, speak read and write in Spanish and English.  HS diploma or equiv.  12 units in Social Services or related field, or one year work exp in Social Services or related field.  One year exp in Migrant Farm Worker Outreach, Social Services, Family Education, or related field preferred.  Gen computer and data entry exp desired. Must have reliable transportation during work hours with valid CDL acceptable DMV record and proof of auto insurance. $12.52/hr + benefits 
 
The position will be housed within the Proteus Service Center, 216 West 7th, Street, Hanford, CA 93230.
