Position is responsible for day to day operations of the 211 call center’s 7-days- a-week/24-hrs a day information & referral service for Kern County. Includes monitoring and evaluating contracts to ensure compliance; managing staff on all shifts; BA/BS degree in Business Administration or related field: courses in Psychology and/or Social work highly desirable. Minimum of five yrs management experience supervising staff and volunteers. $44,553.60/yr or DOE + benefits. Open Until filled.
