VISION STATEMENT

To promote and create HIV risk reduction strategies through outreach, information diffusion, community building activities and groups, HIV oral testing, referrals and prevention case management to high risk men and women and their partners in Kern County.

• Risk reduction information/education and safer sex supplies

• Confidential oral HIV testing

• Safe and healthy social and community building activities

• Referrals to appropriate services and programs

• Case management services and follow up
